Further to our Coronavirus Update on March 9th, I would like to share with you the current status of our plan to ensure the health and well-being of both our clients and employees while fulfilling our ongoing responsibility to manage your portfolio during these unprecedented times.
With recent developments related to COVID-19, effective March 16, until further notice we will no longer hold any in-person meetings with clients and will have the majority of our staff working from home with only a small team in the office.
As indicated in our Update, there will be no change in the ways that you can contact us. Each employee will continue to have access to email and our phone system will route calls to the cell phone of the person you are calling.
If you have a previously scheduled meeting in our office, we will be contacting you shortly to change this to a virtual meeting, either over the phone or by video.
I would also like you to know that we have been in close contact with our custodian, National Bank, which is taking similar steps and we are confident that there will be no impact on any aspect of the operation of your portfolio including payments, trading and reporting.
As events unfold, we are committed to keeping you informed and to continue to deliver the service you have come to expect.
