Barry Schwartz on BNN Bloomberg: I don’t think we’re going to have a recession in 2023

Barry Schwartz joins BNN Bloomberg to talk about his economic outlook. He doesn’t see a possibility of a recession this year, and that if one does happen it will likely be a rolling recession in certain sectors.
